WordPress Configuration

I took the default configuration of WordPress and wanted to make a few initial changes. The changes I made are:

WordPress address (URL) and Site address (URL)
Set permalinks to /%postname%/
Create categories and tags
Delete default post, comment and page
Links

Delete existing
link to related website
Rename Link Category from “Blogroll” to “Links”

Menus

create menu called “Common”
Add links to similar to main site navigation

Alter Widgets
Add user as “Editor”
Settings

General

Tagline – a mobile application developer
TimeZone
Time format – AM
