The Business Cycle is the phases of a customer’s journey through your business.
Reputation is the sixth and final step in your customer’s journey. This step involves your customers creating reviews for your business.
Reputation is the final phase in the business cycle and is the impression a customer has about your business. It comes from giving good customer service but actually started back in the marketing phase with the first awareness they had of your business. It continued in the lead phase, sales and operation phases. It is formed during all contact points with your business.
Reputation is then hopefully shared with others and results in a referral. This could be word-of-worth but now with the Internet, it is in the form of leaving reviews on websites. People look that these reviews and then may form the first awareness of your business and start the business cycle with a new person.
