Here are some tips for blogging:

Make sure your content is interesting
Make the difference between fact and opinion clear
Make posts on a timely basis
Check spelling
Keep post simple and clear
Add keywords in the title and body of the post
Make sure your blog has RSS
Add links that relate to your content to make your post more informative
Keep your post short
Make your titles interesting and eye-catching
Organize your post format for readability
Be consistent in your blogging
Write something you would actually like to read
Use bullets for organization ;-)
Bold and italics are good to calling something out
Be humorous
Give details
