If you are using WordPress for your website, one of the benefits is the large number of plugins to add extra features to your website. One example is a form on your contact page. The form allows someone to fill out a number of data fields and then hit a submit button.
There are many form plugins to select from. Some are:
- Contact Form 7
- Gravity Forms
- WPForms
- Formindable Forms
- Ninja Forms
These will all work great for a typical contact page form. Some cost money but a couple are free. I recommend going with Ninja Forms for a couple of reason. First, it has a free version. Second, it records the information that was entered into the form into the WordPress database so you still have the data if you don’t get the email. Finally, I like it because it creates a default contact form by default so it is easy to add to your contact page as is.
