Reviews are an indirect way to get more leads.  People look on the Internet for reviews about a service or product they are interested in purchasing.  There are two ways that reviews help get leads

The first way is the amount of reviews for your business.  If a business doesn’t have a lot of reviews, it may make some suspect that there is something wrong with the business.  This might not be the case but perception is sometimes reality.

The second way is having good reviews.  Good reviews show to prospective customers that previous customers were happy with their service.  They may see similar customers post good reviews which makes them feel like they will probably have a similar experience.

So, both more and better reviews can help your business get more leads.
